Engineering Project Coordinator

Your responsibilities include: With a strong multidisciplinary experience in industrial environments, you will lead the engineering team on exciting projects. Utilizing your relevant experience, you will coordinate the entire process, from concept design to detailed development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the engineering coordination toolkit in collaboration with the project manager, process engineer, and industry expert.
• Systematically organize interdisciplinary checkpoints between various engineering disciplines (Civil & Structures, Utilities, Process, HVAC, Mechanical & Piping, E&I)
• Manage spatial coordination and 3D models in close collaboration with the Draft & Design team.
• Organize staff allocation for lead engineers and expert back-office support.
• Supervise the quality, level of detail, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Oversee design change management and the design review cycle.
• Provide progress, risk, and profitability reports to the project and engineering managers.

• Engineering degree (civil or industrial) with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the engineering phase of industrial projects.
• Passion for technical aspects of projects, delivering high quality, and understanding project management.
• Strong team player with leadership skills.
• Rigorous, anticipative, and stress-resistant with excellent communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of design workflows for each engineering discipline to evaluate data availability for progressing the design phase.
• Capable of motivating the team to respect and achieve deadlines.
• Flexible in adapting and streamlining the design process during the project lifecycle.
• Open to new ideas/developments and actively drives innovation.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French. German and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and REVIT.

Detailed knowledge of calculation and 3D coordination software is a plus.
