Main Mission:

Coordinates activities related to the electrical section, ensuring project planning, execution, and management;

Manages the team while ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Leads and coordinates team members, promoting professional development and alignment with organizational goals;

Ensures workload distribution and monitors the execution of the team’s tasks;
-
Plans, coordinates, and oversees the development of electrical projects from design to final delivery;
-
Ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications;
-
Carries out technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects;
-
Reviews and approves plans, technical specifications, and electrical calculations;
-
Ensures the application of current technical standards and regulations;
-
Supervises the execution of electrical work and installations, guaranteeing quality and safety;
-
Implements a quality control process to identify and correct technical failures;
-
Promotes regular project and product reviews and audits;
-
Interacts with clients, suppliers, and partners to align requirements and expectations;
-
Periodically reports project results to the department head and management;
-
Presents critical analyses and solutions for continuous improvement;
-
Identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation in processes and technologies;
-
Implements solutions to optimize costs, increase efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.
Exigences
Minimum Education Required:
Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Qualities, Experience, and Skills:

Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.);

Knowledge of power supply systems, industrial automation, instruments, and automation;
-
Good knowledge of technical standards and regulations in the electrical sector;
-

You are capable of anticipating, structuring, and organizing;

You can analyze situations from a broad perspective ("helicopter view");

You are able to set and manage priorities and work well under pressure;

You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written);

Excellent proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SolidWorks, ProjeQtor, and the ability to learn other software developed or used by the company
