HVAC Engineer

With a strong experience in industrial environments, you will be able to carry out HVAC design and supervision for industrial projects. Your relevant experience with dimensioning HVAC installations and their associated utilities will allow you to execute the full process, from analysis and design to the procurement and realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic and detailed engineering of HVAC installations based on design deliverables from other disciplines (architecture, process and utility heat loads, extraction needs, HAZOP, etc.).
• Elaboration of technical deliverables such as specifications, equipment datasheets, hydraulic and aerodynamic diagrams, heat loss calculations, and equipment/ducting layouts.
• Delegation and supervision of IPS back-office for detailed design and 3D modeling.
• Support the project management team during procurement activities with technical expertise.
• Author's supervision and contract management during the realization phase.
• Adherence to project budgets and deadlines. • Report to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Coordinate technically with other engineering disciplines.

• Engineering degree (civil or industrial) in Electro-Mechanics with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Assertive, flexible, creative, and motivated with the ability to take initiative and work well in a team.
• Rigorous, anticipative, and stress-resistant, with good communication skills.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Chemical, and/or Primary Industries is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Expertise in other building utilities (fire protection, drains/sewage, electrics) is a plus.
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, HAP, AutoCAD (REVIT MEP is a plus).
